Congratulations to twenty students completing studies at the lounge to become yoga teachers this spring! After months of weekend lectures, experiential study, and exploration of asana and pranayama—they are ready to transition from student to teacher! Many are planning to teach group classes and private yoga lessons while others immersed themselves in the study of yoga to deepen their personal practice.
The journey of becoming a yoga teacher balances self-inquiry with refining the external skills of leading the practice.

băl•anced breath school of yoga is a Yoga Alliance certified institute of study. Our intentionally small classes are designed to share information at a pace that gives you plenty of time to absorb, put into action, and experience personal growth by releasing old habits and ways of thinking.
A maximum of TEN students are accepted to each program to ensure each student receives individual attention along the journey.
