băl΄•anced breath school of yoga offers Yoga Alliance approved study of therapeutic-style yoga. Our yoga training program provides tools to utilize yoga as a path to total wellness. Upon completion, you will be confident in creating and leading yoga classes with a focus on health and healing. In addition to learning how to effectively lead group yoga classes you will be introduced to the tools of yoga and meditation to support healing; through a student-centered, experiential approach to learning. Upon completion of the program you will be confident in:
sequencing and leading a group yoga class that is a clear reflection of your authentic teaching style
sharing the multidimensional approach to yoga postures through the Five Koshas with students of yoga
modifying asana and breath to meet individual students’ needs
sharing the interactive psychology and philosophy of yoga with students of yoga
Participation is limited to 10 students
Is this program for me? Balanced breath school of yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program is designed for students who want to practice and share yoga as a healing art. It is open to health-care practitioners wishing to expand their holistic knowledge, body workers, and passionate yoga practitioners with a consistent daily yoga practice.
