Dennice Shupe

Dennice has been teaching fitness classes for many years. After becoming certified in teaching Pilates in 2002, she sampled yoga and completed Level I certification through YogaFit in 2009. Dennice currently leads yogalates classes at the lounge; stirring together the perfect blend of two passions. She enjoys reading about the rich history of yoga and learning from other yoga instructors and students to expand her knowledge of the ancient art. 

Patty Van Meter RYT500 C-IAYT

Patty Van Meter’s yoga practice began in 1995 after experiencing yoga nidra. She is certified in YogaFit®, and completed her RYT500 in 2014. She is currently working towards healing touch practitioner certification. Patty is passionate about empowering yogi's to create a personalized practice from within that leads to balance and well-being. Through yoga, Patty has found boundless strength and joy as well as a genuine love for teaching!

Jamey Cox RYT

Jamey Cox is a second generation yoga practitioner whose love for yoga began in 2000. In 2015 she graduated from the Integrative Yoga Therapy 200-hour teacher training at the lounge. As a former Ironman athlete, Jamey has a unique perspective to offer her students. She hopes to help others recognize the healing benefits of yoga at the physical, emotional and spiritual planes. She is also certified to lead Yin yoga classes.
Yoga and Pilates are joined at the hips in this unique practice. All major muscle groups are activated in a synergistic flow of posture, breath and meditative mindfulness. Yogalates bridges the gap between Eastern and Western exercise, a great class to try if you’re new to yoga and looking to build core strength
