Here we go again…due to high winds and steady snow- the 7pm essential yoga class tonight is CANCELLED.
Chakra wrkshp WILL be held.
The streets are icy, and school activities are cancelled… Whether this is your first visit or you stop by every
week for class at the lounge; if you are ready to re-charge your energy battery, join us at 7pm for the chakra balancing workshop. Let dad watch the kids, drive carefully and bring your mat- and perhaps your best friend!
$15 covers the workshop and $5 covers the cost of the essntial oils used in the worshop for walk-ins. If you have a multiple attendance pass or unlimited attendance contract, this event will be deducted as one attendance. Please bring an additional $5 to cover the cost of the oils.
