12/09/09 Wednesday weekly workshop (7pm tonight)- CANCELLED.

12/10/09 Thursday morning essential class (8:30AM tomorrow)- CANCELLED.

Rather than risk life and limb for the meditation workshop at the lounge this evening, we challenge you to retreat to a quiet place within your home and spend some time in contemplation. Snowbound at home takes us outside of our normal weekly routine and can be just the jolt we need to rediscover ”being.” 

Take your time digging out the driveway tomorrow morning and we hope to see you Thursday afternoon at 4:45pm for mixed level class at the lounge!
