FREE Yoga in the Park Des Moines
Yoga in the park is new to Des Moines this summer! Grab your mat and meet us at Gray’s Lake every Saturday morning at 9AM. Classes will be held June through September on the north shore and are free of charge- brought to you by Des Moines Parks and Rec through the generous volunteer efforts of metro yoga instructors. No experience or pre-registration required. Bring your friends and attend often to sample all of the talented instructors and different styles of yoga available in Central Iowa!
