I attended Darryl’s residential RYT200 certification in Kansas City, Missouri with Sandy. I was looking to deep my personal practice and obtain the qualifications to possibly teach an occasional yoga class. I was in for a treat…I discovered so much more!

My yoga teacher training came at a perfect time in my life and allowed me to grow in ways that I never expected. I was able to explore my personal practice, learn about the body, understand the yoga philosophy, and engage my spirit all in a well balanced yoga program. I also connected on a very personal level with the other students in the class, as well as with Darryl.

My life has changed dramatically since my residential training. Now, I am living in excellent health(emotional AND physical), discovered a new career, and enjoy a balanced life. My training encouraged me to open my own business, and I am having a ball and living to my fullest potential!!!

I was also blessed to have attended the RYT 200 training with Sandy in Kansas City. Darryl presented the information in a variety of ways, giving me an opportunity to absorb the comprehensive material.

Yoga is more than asanas or postures; the training gave space for me to dive deeper into my practice. I was given tools to continue developing as a teacher and as a yogini. I recommend this training to all.

    Peace and Joy,
    LYNN
