Attend yoga classes as often as your schedule allows from January 19 through April 6, 2009. For the duration of the Transitions Lifestyle Sessions, our Monday evening essential yoga class will include inspirational readings, guided imageries to activate metabolism, and tools you can use at home to reinforce healthy eating habits.
