Welcome to our blog! Here we will discuss everything yoga and we welcome your input.

Hi All!
People often ask me about the difference between meditation and hypnosis. I believe they are both branches of the same tree and have tremendous positive benefits. Meditation seeks to clear the mind, while hypnosis seeks to fill the mind with empowering thoughts and ideas. Imagine the power of one followed by the other!!! Then, imagine a holistic mind-body experience that offers the two together. Then, realize your experience at “Connecting to Your Inner Consciousness” on Sunday, November 9 from 8:00-9:00 pm. Clear your mind with yoga (6:30-7:45 pm), then fill your mind with a hypnosis journey through higher and higher levels of consciousness.
While I’m here, I’ll chime in on how life inside the lounge affects life outside the lounge for me. Sandy’s excellent combination of the physical~psychological~spiritual aspects of yoga provide me with an inner calm that I carry with me throughout the week. Experiencing a connected mind~body and a clear mind~spirit at the lounge provides a template for daily living that is, at once, calming and energizing and always empowering. I would like to offer a heartfelt thanks to Sandy for all her efforts in creating a place where we can go to realize our desires for a greater mind~body~spirit connection - Thanks, Sandy!!
